McCaleb and Co., Inc. merged with the Grey M. Metzler Agency to become McCaleb-Metzler, Inc. |
| 1994 - |
McCaleb-Metzler, Inc. acquired the Dickinson Insurance Agency, Inc. (est. 1928) |
| 2007 - |
Philip's son, David McCaleb joined the agency. |
